The Cowboy and the Shepherd – Leadership in a Rural Setting

Over the last week, I have seen this video numerous times. It was emailed to me by one of our elders at church, it has popped up numerous times in my Facebook feed, and then it was used as an example for 32 Leadership Lessons. I love videos like this because they show the reality of ministry. It’s tough, but it’s also personal. In order to make a difference you need to connect to the people in your church.  In a rural setting, this is such an important leadership lesson.

If you are in ministry or if you want to understand ministry better, this is a video you need to watch. It doesn’t really matter if you are in a small town or large city, these lessons still apply to you.
