The most important thing is to build relationships with the teens.  Truth conveyed in the context of relationships changes lives.  I don&#039;t have any books, maybe one of these days I&#039;ll think about writing something about ministry in a small town. Thanks again </description>

Love the article, I read the one on how smaller churches really can&#039;t afford materials, bible college etc.  I totally agree in Australia you canbe looking from $3000 to $18000 just fro a Cet IV in Youth Ministry, when you can go to university and get a degree it really is not the best option.
Have you got any books that you have published?
I am in that stage of launching another youth group, getting OHS compinance, policies in play, insurance, its all the fun of serving God.
