A Romantic Dinner

Since our whole family has been battling some kind of virus the past few days, Jenni and I decided to stay home for Valentines Day. We decided to cook a nice meal together after the kids went to bed. I fixed some pan-seared ribeyes with a pepper rub and Jennifer made some great thin-sliced fried potatoes. We also steamed some King Crab legs that have been in our freezer for a few months. It was all incredible, much better than any restaurant (at least any restaurant around here). Dinner was awesome, and let’s just say that dessert was the best part …

I appreciate my wife so much. We have been married for 12 1/2 years and she has been my biggest supporter and best friend through everything. She is such an awesome mom and wife. I am truly a lucky and blessed man. So Happy Valentines Day Jenni, you’re awesome!
