My Blog is Famous Now
… since someone famous left a comment. Bart Millard, the lead singer from MercyMe left a comment on my post about winterjam. MercyMe is the real deal. Those guys truly have a heart for worship. I heard them for several years in a row at the Shepherd Ministry/Planetwisdom Student Conference and these guys are great. You could tell that they really cared about the students who were there. At WinterJam, the whole tone of the concert changed when they started singing. It changed from a rock concert to a worship service. That’s my biggest compliment, because they took the attention away from the music, the band, and the stage and focused the attention on Christ. Keep rockin’ guys.
