Rest and Relaxation with the Family

We’re leaving in the morning for a week at the beach. We’re headed down to Isle of Palms, South Carolina which is right outside of Charleston and Mount Pleasant. I’m excited about visiting Seacoast again on Sunday. Seacoast is a great church that is doing some incredible things for God. I like their style and philosophy of ministry. Sam will be continuing our series on marriage and parenting at Cornerstone on Sunday. I like his title, although it’s just a little long: “If I knew then, what I know now: Family Lessons after 26 years of Marriage and 5 Kids”

We’re looking forward to having a relaxing week enjoying playing in the sand with the kids. Jenni’s mom and dad are going down with us. We have fun doing nothing together and they don’t mind watching the kids one night so we can have a date. Jenni’s sister also lives in Charleston, so we will get to visit some with her and her husband, and play with their two kids.

I don’t know yet if we have internet, but we will post some pics when we get a chance.
